The bases of various models are built with similar thicknesses as the side panels and include multiple bends to form skirting and steps for door stops. They are equipped with welded caps and reinforced hooks for a solid connection with the side panels.
Top Panel:
Manufactured using the same techniques as the base, the top panels feature steps for door stops and bolt holes, ensuring a secure attachment to the side panels.
Back Panel:
Constructed from steel sheet up to 30/10 mm thick, the back panels are highly robust and designed with mounting holes for secure fastening, allowing them to also function as partition walls.
Hinged Doors:
The doors are press-bent with welded reinforcements and equipped with high-security locks featuring double-bit key encryption and triple expansion. The doors open up to 105° and are reinforced to resist tampering and break-in attempts.
Shelves:
Each cabinet includes adjustable-height shelves, made from steel sheet with varying thicknesses. Designed to support heavy loads, these shelves can be positioned at different heights using the integrated racks.
Security & Assembly:
The structures incorporate advanced security features such as optional manganese plates and double-bottom reinforcements in critical areas to protect stored items. The assembly process includes a resistant and non-toxic epoxy-polyester coating, ensuring durability and compliance with current safety regulations.
